This our most expensive service and surface for two reasons: it is the best rubber in the market and it offers great flexibility and longevity. While other rubber surfaces can last between 10 to 20 years, EPDM can stand any type of climate, resists temperature changes, and thanks to all this, it can promise 50 years of use with very low maintenance. And thanks to how flexible it is, it is not impossible to use it for more surfaces than just flooring or the usual ones we work with. However, the installation is clearly different depending on the area or existing surface where you want to use it.

Now, when compared to other options like Poured-In-Place rubber, the truth is it can offer more when it comes to offering support but the same shock-absorption properties. What we personally love about this surface is how safe it is while also guaranteeing a long-lasting one without too much effort. However, its longevity will be 70% determined by the installation and maintenance. You do not have to invest a lot of time and effort, but that does not mean that the maintenance is not crucial at least every 2 or 3 years.
